We recently planned a trip with our team to one of the resorts in Kanakapura named Namoora Eco Stay.

Location : Namoora Eco Stay is located in a village in Kanakapura and a very calm and serene atmosphere.

Accommodation Facilities at Namoora Eco Stay : The resort has 6 cottage kind of rooms and about 10 tents. Customers can choose to either book cottages which can easily accommodate up to 4 guests or they may even choose to stay in the Camping tents as well. Rooms have attached washroom but if you wish to stay in tents then you will need to use the common washrooms.

Facilities / Activities at Namoora Eco Stay

Indoor Games : You can play indoor games like carrom, chess and Table tennis there.

Outdoor games : There is good enough cricket pitch there along with Volleyball area, you can also do cycling there.

Swimming Pool : The most popular facility which Namoora Eco Stay has is its swimming pool. They have a small swimming pool for kids as well with lesser depth. You can even play with a ball in the swimming pool.

Trekking : The staff of Namoora Eco Stay also takes its guests for Trekking in the morning (we did not go for trekking as there are some wild animals also in the hilly area and the forest nearby)

Food : At Namoora Eco Stay you can have food the the restaurant itself, although you may have to order the food in advance as they will then prepare it after receiving the order. Since the town is not nearby hence you do not have a choice of eating out if you do not have your own vehicle hence you need to have food at the property itself. Most people book a room with breakfast included in the package which they get on the day of checkout.

Overall, Namoora Eco Stay is a good choice to spend your weekend near Bangalore in a calm and serene atmosphere with fresh air.
